Insurance Claim Assistance in McLendon-Chisholm
A claim is a negotiation, whether anyone calls it that or not. We take the conversation with the adjuster off your plate and keep the focus on what your car needs.
Talk over your claim with us — (000) 000-0000Why Claims Need Someone in Your Corner
Insurers write estimates quickly, often from photos, and those early numbers rarely capture what's behind the bumper or under the trim. When the shop finds more, the claim has to be reopened with a supplement, and that process can stall if no one is pushing it along. This is routine work for us in McLendon-Chisholm, whether the claim is with your own insurer or the other driver's. Our estimates are built from the vehicle maker's repair procedures, and we document hidden damage with photos and measurements. That gives the adjuster clear reasons rather than opinions to respond to. We can't promise what an insurer will decide, but we can make sure the case for a proper repair is complete and well supported. You stay informed, and you don't have to carry the argument yourself.
How We Help With Your Claim
Claim help covers a lot of small tasks that add up. These are the ones we take on for you.
Side-by-side estimate review
We line up the insurer's estimate against ours, item by item, and mark anything missing or underestimated.
Procedures behind every line
Each repair step we ask for is backed by the vehicle maker's published procedures.
Photos of what was hiding
Once panels are removed, everything we find is photographed and measured before more work is done.
Supplement write-ups
Additional damage is written up and sent to the insurer with supporting photos and procedures.
Adjuster calls go to us
Calls, reinspections and questions from the adjuster come to the shop so you aren't stuck relaying technical details.
New, aftermarket or used parts
We check whether the estimate calls for new maker parts, aftermarket or used pieces and explain what that means for your car.
Progress updates for your rental
We let you know where the repair stands so you can keep your rental company and insurer informed.
Your claim file at pickup
You get copies of the estimate, supplements and calibration records when the job is finished.
How We Work a Claim With You
- 1
Start with what you have
Bring the claim number, the adjuster's contact and any estimate you've received. If you haven't filed yet, we explain what to have ready when you call your insurer. We inspect the car and write our own estimate based on the maker's procedures. Then we talk through the differences with you.
- 2
Press the details with the insurer
We send our estimate and supporting documents to the insurer and follow up on anything left out. When disassembly turns up hidden damage, we send supplements with photos. Each change is explained to you in plain terms. You decide on anything that affects you directly, like parts choices.
- 3
Close it out cleanly
Once the repair is complete, we make sure every supplement has been addressed. Final paperwork is organized and handed to you. Should anything resurface down the line, the documentation sits in one folder. That record can help if you ever sell or trade the vehicle.
What You Gain by Handing Us the Claim
We know how adjusters read an estimate
Clear line items and attached procedures get answered faster than vague requests. We write estimates with that in mind.
You aren't the go-between
The technical debate happens between our estimator and the insurer. You get the summary and make the decisions that are yours.
Your car's needs set the scope
We base the repair on what the vehicle maker says it requires, then make the case for it. That's the starting point every time.
